This firefly necklace started as a spark of inspiration—I saw Kate Schroeder’s beautiful lamp earrings and immediately thought… a firefly would be so cute. After asking for permission, I set out to bring that idea to life in my own way through ceramic.

It turned out to be one of the most challenging pieces I’ve worked on—figuring out how to combine a delicate ceramic form with a tiny green LED light that actually turns on took a lot of trial, patience, and problem-solving. But seeing it finally come together (and glow!) made it all worth it 💛
